Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place sliced jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese, Kerrygold Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese and the roasted garlic cloves in a small bowl until well combined.
- Remove the jalapeños from oven and fill with one tablespoon on the blue cheese filling. Sprinkle with bacon and chives and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with barbecue sauce.
