Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9- inch cake pan with parchment paper. Grease sides of the pan and set aside.
- Place the flour, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
- Add the Kerrygold Salted butter and sugar to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the eggs, orange juice, Aperol, yogurt, orange zest and vanilla to the same bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the cake batter and stir until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow to fully cool before removing from pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
