1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9- inch cake pan with parchment paper. Grease sides of the pan and set aside. 
  2. Place the flour, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside. 
  3. Add the Kerrygold Salted butter and sugar to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the eggs, orange juice, Aperol, yogurt, orange zest and vanilla to the same bowl and mix until combined. 
  4. Add the flour mixture to the cake batter and stir until just incorporated. 
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow to fully cool before removing from pan.  
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
