Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Beat one egg with two tablespoons of milk and combine with the softened Kerrygold Unsalted Butter. Add a cup and a half of flour until just mixed, then cover and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Roll out the dough an eighth of an inch thick. Cut into rectangles, and then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush lightly with milk, top with chopped rosemary, a little sea salt – and some grated Kerrygold Dubliner® Cheese for a distinctive and robust finish.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving with a creamy Dubliner® Cheese spread
- Gently mix together half a cup of grated Kerrygold Dubliner® Cheese with a splash each of olive oil and white wine.
- Garnish with snipped chives and lemon zest.
