Instructions:
- Place the potatoes in a large pot. Fill the pot with water to 1 inch above the potatoes. Bring water to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes pierce easily with a fork. Remove from heat and drain the potatoes well.
- Add the cooked and drained potatoes to a large bowl along with the Kerrygold butter, milk, and garlic. Mash with a potato masher or hand mixer until creamy, being careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the grated Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Serve immediately.
