Process Cashel Blue and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. (Can be covered and refrigerated for several weeks.)

When ready to serve, adjust oven rack to center position and heat oven to 450 degrees. Place sliced bread on a wire rack and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

Spread a portion of the Cashel Blue mixture on each toast. Top with a portion of apple butter, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve.
