Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes. 
  2. Place the jalapeno halves on a sheet pan and set aside. 
  3. Add the softened cream cheese to a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Add Kerrygold Cheddar with Irish Whiskey cheese, paprika, garlic, chives, salt and pepper to the cream cheese and stir to combine. 
  4. Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture among the jalapeno halves.  
  5. Combine the panko crumbs and the melted butter in a small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly on top of the filled jalapeno halves. 
  6. Bake in batches in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
