Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Place the jalapeno halves on a sheet pan and set aside.
- Add the softened cream cheese to a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Add Kerrygold Cheddar with Irish Whiskey cheese, paprika, garlic, chives, salt and pepper to the cream cheese and stir to combine.
- Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture among the jalapeno halves.
- Combine the panko crumbs and the melted butter in a small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly on top of the filled jalapeno halves.
- Bake in batches in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
