1. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. 
  2. Add one cube of Kerrygold Unsalted butter to the well of each pear and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  3. Flip the pears to cut side down and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. 
  4. Serve with creme fraiche and granola.
