1. Heat a large pot of water on stove and cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain well. 
  2. In a skillet, add Kerrygold Salted butter and heat until butter is foaming.
  3. Add garlic and nutmeg and continue cooking until brown being careful to not burn the butter.
  4. Add ravioli to large bowl and toss with brown butter sauce. 
  5. Add sage and walnuts and toss gently.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
