- Heat a large pot of water on stove and cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a skillet, add Kerrygold Salted butter and heat until butter is foaming.
- Add garlic and nutmeg and continue cooking until brown being careful to not burn the butter.
- Add ravioli to large bowl and toss with brown butter sauce.
- Add sage and walnuts and toss gently.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
