Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with foil.
- Place carrots on sheet pan. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and syrup together and pour over carrots, tossing to coat.
- Place carrots on pan so they are not touching and dot the top with the Kerrygold Irish Butter with Olive Oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 40-50 minutes until browned, turning after 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley and sea salt.
- Serve immediately.
