Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two half sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Toss Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese with dry ingredients until well combined.
- Stir in the Kerrygold Unsalted Butter and cream until the dough comes together. If it is too dry, add a tablespoon or two of cold water.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, then separate the dough into two halves and wrap it in plastic. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Re-flour the surface and roll each portion into a 1/8”-thick rectangle.
- Transfer each to a prepared pan and cut into approximately 1-inch squares. Poke a hole in the center of each cracker.
- Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt on each cracker.
- Bake for about 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
