Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Kerrygold Aged Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with butter, parsley, and garlic.
  3. Place the bread on a foil-lined sheet pan, cut sides up, and spread the cheese mixture to the edges of both pieces.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with the salt.
  5. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. To serve, allow to cool slightly and then slice into 1- to 2-inch-wide pieces.
