1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees. 
  2. Brush the chicken tenderloins with olive oil and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.
  3. Cook on preheated grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
  4. Brush chicken tenderloins with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and slice. 
  6. Place chopped romaine on a platter and top with chicken, corn, avocados, tomatoes, eggs, bacon and Kerrygold Savory Shredded cheese.
  7. Serve with ranch dressing.
