- Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
- Brush the chicken tenderloins with olive oil and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.
- Cook on preheated grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
- Brush chicken tenderloins with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove chicken from grill and slice.
- Place chopped romaine on a platter and top with chicken, corn, avocados, tomatoes, eggs, bacon and Kerrygold Savory Shredded cheese.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
