Instructions:  

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  
  2. Toss asparagus in olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the panko crumbs, grated Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and melted Kerrygold butter. Sprinkle the topping over the center of the asparagus.   
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender and the panko mixture is browned. Serve immediately.
