Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss asparagus in olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the panko crumbs, grated Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and melted Kerrygold butter. Sprinkle the topping over the center of the asparagus.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender and the panko mixture is browned. Serve immediately.
