Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease 8″ x 8″ pan and set aside.
  3. Melt the Kerrygold Salted Butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add oats and stir for 5 minutes until toasted. Remove oats from pan and place in medium bowl. Add salt, vanilla and sugar and stir until combined. Pour boiling water over oats and stir to combine. Add milk and stir again. Pour oat mixture into prepared pan and top with raspberries.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until oatmeal is set. Serve with cream.
