Place the Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Add the grated Kerrygold Swiss cheese, bacon, black olives and green onions and stir gently to combine.

Place the mini slices of pumpernickel bread on a jelly roll pan and top each with 1 tablespoon of the cheese and bacon mixture.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with additional green onions if desired and serve immediately.
