Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Stir together sausage, cream cheese, cilantro and 1 cup Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese until combined.
  3. Stuff 1 tablespoon of sausage filling in each pepper half and place on baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle a few shreds of Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese on top of each pepper and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
