Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two half sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Toss Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese with dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. Stir in the Kerrygold Unsalted Butter and cream until the dough comes together. If it is too dry, add a tablespoon or two of cold water.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, then separate the dough into two halves and wrap it in plastic. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Re-flour the surface and roll each portion into a 1/8”-thick rectangle.
  6. Transfer each to a prepared pan and cut into approximately 1-inch squares. Poke a hole in the center of each cracker.
  7. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt on each cracker.
  8. Bake for about 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
