1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  1. Place salsa verde in the bottom of a 10-inch cast iron pan and create 4 wells for the eggs. Carefully crack eggs one at a time into a ramekin and place on top of salsa verde. Bake for 4 minutes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are at desired doneness. 
  1. Garnish with radishes, sliced jalapenos and cilantro. Serve with sliced avocado, lime wedges and flour tortillas, if desired.
