Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place sliced jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, Kerrygold Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese and the roasted garlic cloves in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Remove the jalapeños from oven and fill with one tablespoon on the blue cheese filling. Sprinkle with bacon and chives and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with barbecue sauce.
