Instructions:
- In a large bowl coarsely mash beans. Add ground turkey, 1/3 cup Kerrygold Reduced Fat Dubliner® Cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, carrot and garlic salt. Mix well then shape into 6 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Coat with cooking spray and grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn and top with remaining cheese and grill for 5 minutes more or until cooked through.
- Grill bread for one minute on each side. Place one burger on each bread slice. Toss arugula with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper; spoon on top of burgers.
