Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl coarsely mash beans. Add ground turkey, 1/3 cup Kerrygold Reduced Fat Dubliner® Cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, carrot and garlic salt. Mix well then shape into 6 1/2-inch thick patties.
  2. Coat with cooking spray and grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn and top with remaining cheese and grill for 5 minutes more or until cooked through.
  3. Grill bread for one minute on each side. Place one burger on each bread slice. Toss arugula with oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper; spoon on top of burgers.
