First, preheat the oven broiler to HIGH.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a 8” non-stick skillet.
Add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk very well to combine.
Once the butter is foaming, turn the heat to medium-low, and add the egg mixture.
Stir occasionally, and make sure that the liquid eggs are circulating around the pan to cook evenly.
Once the eggs are almost cooked all the way through (and an edge is forming around the pan), sprinkle the tomatoes, cheese, and basil on top.
Move the skillet to the oven, and cook until puffy and lightly golden brown.
Serve immediately when done.
