Cake:

Mix together and set aside: 2 cups flour; 2 cups sugar; 1 teaspoon soda; 1 dash of salt; 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bring 1 cup water to boil and add: 8 oz Kerrygold Salted Butter; 4 tablespoons cocoa. Pour over dry mixture and add: 1/2 cup buttermilk; 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Icing:

Bring to boil 4 oz Kerrygold Salted Butter; 4 tablespoons cocoa; and 6 tablespoons milk. Add 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
