Instructions:

For the Cake:

  1. Mix together and set aside:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 teaspoon soda
    • 1 dash of salt
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2.  Bring 1 cup water to boil and add
    • 8 oz Kerrygold Salted Butter
    • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  3.  Pour over dry mixture and add
    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  4.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

For the Icing:

  1. Bring to boil Kerrygold Salted Butter, cocoa, and milk.
  2. Add 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
